• What we offer

Programs built around connection, movement, and *shared tables*.

Every gathering across Georgia is completely free, open to all neighbors, and led by trained community peers without medical paperwork.

Mind support

Weekly circles and quiet rooms for stress and grief

Peer grief and stress circles gather weekly in quiet public library rooms across town. Navigators are always on hand to help neighbors find affordable local counseling when deeper support is needed.

Immediate help

If you are in acute distress or thinking about suicide, call or text 988 anytime. In an emergency, call 911.

— Body movement

Gentle parks and simple kitchens

Movement classes

Cooking & nutrition workshops

Park walking groups, morning stretching circles, and beginner tai chi meet weekly under the pines. No equipment or previous experience needed.

Hands-on kitchen sessions focused on affordable, nourishing meals prepared together using fresh local ingredients and simple tools.

Community connection

Monthly suppers bringing neighbors to the table

We set the tables every month in local fellowship halls so no neighbor in our town has to eat dinner by themselves. Warm food, good conversation, and a seat waiting just for you.
